constituted legal authority of Sage Ridge School.
Organized under Nevada law as a 501 (3) (c) entity,
membership is open to parents of the School and the
community at large. The functions of the Board involve
setting policy, approving the annual budget, and hiring and
evaluating the Headmaster.
