About the Library

            Types of Resources: 

            The SRS Library has a wide selection of reference materials, literature, biographies, non-
                        fiction, fiction, magazines and videos.  We have over 5,000 titles to choose from.

            Our new Music Library is bringing the gift of music to our students.  Our music collection
                        includes renaissance, baroque, opera and guitar masterpieces from composers including
                        Bach, Mozart and Tchaikovsky.  Our CD collection is for use in the library only and not
                        available for checkout.

                        Also, at the SRS Library, students can access educational programming via satellite
                        television.
 

              Circulation & Fine Policy:

                        Books may be checked out for 10 school days and may be renewed one time.  There is a
                        three day grace period for overdue books.  A 15-cent fine will be levied for each day after the
                        grace period ends until the book is returned.  Students will be charged a replacement fee if
                        an item is lost, or is damaged beyond repair.  The maximum replacement fee is $50.00. 
                        Students may checkout up to 3 books out at a time.  Magazines may be checked out for 3
                        days and, with special permission, reference books are available to be checked out for 1
                        day.
