We are pleased to announce that Sage Ridge has been
awarded a $5,000 grant from Nevada Humanities to fund part of our
2008/09 Speakers Forum. Many thanks to Kelli Anastassatos for writing
the grant and developing next years speaker series which includes
offerings such as
Islamic Women
in the U.S.,
Humanizing the Arab-Israeli Conflict,
and Mark Twain, a chautauqua. It
will be a great year for visiting scholars at Sage Ridge.
