We are delighted to announce the selection of this year's Valedictorian and Salutatorian from the Class of 2022! As noted in the Family Handbook the selection process is as follows:
In order to be eligible for selection as the class Valedictorian or Salutatorian, a student must have attended Sage Ridge from the start of 10th grade through 12th grade, completing all academic and extra-curricular graduation requirements, including community service hours. The Valedictorian and Salutatorian must have the highest and second highest cumulative, weighted GPA in their class, respectively, for the six semesters of 10th through 12th grade.
This year, given that the second and third highest GPAs in the class are statistically the same when rounded to the nearest hundredths decimal place, we have selected Co-Salutatorians along with our Valedictorian. They are:
- Anne Thompson, Valedictorian
- Alex Power, Co-Salutatorian
- Kira Romberg, Co-Salutatorian
Congratulations Anne, Alex, and Kira on all your accomplishments, academic and otherwise, throughout your Sage Ridge careers! We look forward to celebrating your successes in the coming weeks!
