The Varsity Boys Golf Team wrapped up a great season this past week.

Through the regular season the team never fell below 4th place in league and ultimately qualified as a team for Western Regionals. Unfortunately due to poor weather, the Regional meet was rescheduled and only three members of the team were able to attend the rescheduled date.

In Regionals, Brayden Uppal (‘24) shot a 94, Huxley McKenzie (‘25) shot a 111, and Andrew Barth (‘25) shot a 141. Brayden individually finished 4th place outside of the top 2 teams, securing his bid for the State tournament.

Brayden traveled to Las Vegas to compete at the Chimera Golf Club for the Class 1A and 2A State Championship. Brayden shot 86 and 85 in each round, for a total of 171 for the 2-day tournament. This aggregate score earned Brayden 11th place overall in State.

Great job on a successful season by our Scorpion Varsity Boys Golf team!
