Upper School Track and Field Team Breaks Records at Regionals

Upper School Scorpions filled the winners' podium at Track and Field Regionals! Multiple school records were broken, and we have ten athletes heading to State this weekend:

Chloe Huyler won first place in the 1600 meter and broke the record with a time of 4 minutes and 53 seconds. She also placed first in the 3200 meter and broke ANOTHER record with a time of 10 minutes and 37 seconds. 

Hannah Huyler won first place in the 800 meter. Bea Liwanag placed second in the 800 meter. 

Caleb Mulvaney won first place in high jump and broke the record with a jump of 5'11.

Libby Mulvaney won first place in high jump (she still holds the record with a jump of 5'6).

Jeremy Gupta placed first in long jump.

Hannah Huyler, Bea Liwanag, Lauren Sherven, and Jasmin Mabunda placed first in the 4x400 relay. Hannah, Lauren, Jasmin, and Sophie Najjar also placed third in the 4x200 relay.

Heath Fellows placed second in the 3200 meter and fourth in the 1600 meter.
