Coach Sam Baugh has trained runners and triathletes over the years, working with youth and adults. He has a passion for running and working with others to become strong runners themselves. Over the years he has coached several youth sports including soccer, baseball and running.  He has helped coach kids and adults to prepare for a variety of different events.  He is also owner and race director for Reno Races, which puts on several local running events.
