Coach Cory Clemetson has spent the last 35+ years in sports — as an athlete, sports agent and coach. He grew up in the Bay area and played Division I basketball at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. After graduating, he spent 12 years as a sports agent focused on men's soccer and representing many men's national team players at one time. For the past 9 years, Cory has coached 35+ youth sports teams across soccer, basketball and baseball, and has managed and head coached the Nevada Wolverines AAU basketball program since moving to Reno in 2015. Cory is currently co-owner and managing partner of Wolf Creek Golf Club, nationally recognized as one of the top public golf facilities in the United States. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Nevada Golf Course Owners Association and is former Chairperson for the University of the Pacific's Athletic Leadership Council. He also co-founded and serves as President for the Kids for Sports foundation, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charity focused on raising funds to help kids play sports. At Sage Ridge, Cory is the Head Coach for Varsity Boys Basketball. Cory also serves on the Sage Ridge Board of Trustees where he chairs the Athletics Leadership Committee (ALC) and co-chairs the AIM Campaign Committee, leading construction and development of Sage Ridge’s new Student Activity Center.
Coach Michael Cvetich has 10 years of experience coaching multiple sports at different levels. A former athlete at UC Merced, he has experience playing both Basketball and Baseball at post college levels. He began his time as a coach at his former school, Sacramento Country Day School. Coaching both basketball and baseball for the 3 years he was there, he and his own former coach turned co-coach took the Varsity Baseball team to their first playoff birth, and victory, leading to back to back seasons in the playoffs. After moving to Nantucket Island, he coached at the public middle as well as the high school there, both in basketball and baseball. Now at Sage Ridge School he has the privilege of coaching Varsity Girls Basketball.
Sadanaga has been part of the Northern Nevada community for the last 20+ years. Sadanaga has coached JV and varsity basketball at Damonte Ranch High School since its opening in 2003. Simultaneously, he was instrumental in the shaping of the Sierra Nevada Basketball organization in 2007 and has been president since 2012. Under Sadanaga’s leadership Sierra Nevada Basketball has risen to be recognized as one of the top youth basketball programs in Northern Nevada, encompassing recreational leagues, tournaments, camps, clinics, and their Warriors travel teams. At Sage Ridge, Sadanaga will serve as Athletic Director and serve as an assistant coach for Varsity Boys Basketball.
