Senior Class Plan for Fall Fun PA Meeting Childcare Event: PA Meeting — Fall Fun Theme, Movie & Childcare Date: Thursday, Oct. 2, 2025                Location: Webster Great Space Childcare Time: 5:30 – 7:30 PM (Set up at 5pm, Clean up by 8pm)                                                                              Seniors Childcare Event Sign-Up On Thursday, Oct. 2, 2025, we’re running childcare during the PA Meeting in Webster Great Space for Lower School students and siblings (for parents attending PA meeting)

Child Drop-Off / Check-In Childcare opens at 5:30 PM sharp. Parents check in at Webster before walking to SAC (meeting starts at 6:00).                          Sign-in sheets: parent name, phone number, child’s name, allergies.      Seniors assigned to the check-in table. Age Range Accept children ages 4–11 (K-5). Children must be potty-trained (no diaper duty). Clear age range communicated on flyers and PA reminders.

Activities 5:30 – 6:15: Fall crafts (coloring, pumpkin cutouts, leaf art).           6:15 – 7:15: Movie (family-friendly, G-rated — e.g., Hotel Transylvania or Toy Story).                                                                                                             7:15 – 7:30: Wrap-up games (quiet activities while parents pick up).

Food & Drink Pizza provided by the school. Water only (no soda, avoid sugar overload). Supervision Ratios At least 2 seniors per 8–10 children. Floaters assigned to watch entrances/exits. Check-Out Parents sign kids out before leaving. Seniors verify parent ID (if not recognized) for safety.

Cost Structure Suggested Donations $20 per child OR $30 max per family. Payments accepted: Cash, Venmo, Zelle. Clear payment details included in promotion and PA reminders.

No RSVP required. Parents do need to remain on campus and attend the PA meeting.
