Upper School Exams
-
Semester exams occur during Finals Week at the end of each semester for students in Grades 9–12. Each exam lasts two hours, and dates are published on the annual overview calendar. Teachers may substitute a final project or paper instead of an exam, which will be assigned (at latest) some time during the final month of the semester.
Parents are expected to be cognizant of these dates when planning family trips. The School does not schedule early or late exams to accommodate vacation schedules. If a missed exam is not classified as an excused absence, a zero will be recorded for that exam and be part of the final grade calculation.
Friday, December 19:
- 9:15-11:15 - Math
- 1:15-3:15 - Conflict exams for students taking more than one class in a discipline, including AP Human Geography and AP US Government and Politics and students taking two math or science courses
