Must Read Reminder: Last Day of School and Dismissal Information for June 4-5
The last day of the 2025-2026 school year for Scorpions in Grades 9-10 is Thursday, June 4, and the final day for Scorpions in grades 3-8 and 11th grade is Friday, June 5. Both days have a special schedule.
End of the Year Information for Lower and Middle School Parents
- Thursday, June 4: Following the Sage Session Showcase, which concludes at 9:30 a.m., Lower and Middle School students will rehearse for Friday’s Promotion and attend class meetings. After lunch, LS and MS students will engage in community-building activities.
- On Thursday, June 5, parents can pick up Lower and Middle School students at either 1:45 p.m., 3:15 p.m., or from the after-school Navigator’s Club. Students who stay until 3:15 p.m. or for the after-school Navigator’s Club will attend the Upper School Awards Ceremony in the Great Space.
- Friday, June 5: Promotion Day! Students in Grades 3-7 should arrive at school by 8:15 a.m. in their Dress Wednesday attire. The Promotion Ceremony, which primarily celebrates our 8th graders’ (the Class of 2030) ascent to Upper School, begins at 9:30 a.m. and will conclude by 11:30 a.m. Families of students in grades 3-7 do not need to attend the Promotion Ceremony. All students should be picked up between 11:30 a.m.-noon on Friday, as it is not a full school day and there is no after-school Navigator’s Club.
End of the Year Information for Upper School Parents
- Thursday, June 4: Following the Sage Session Showcase, which concludes at 9:30 a.m., Upper School students in grades 9-11 will attend shortened classes to review their final exams, discuss summer reading assignments, and complete end-of-year requirements. All Upper School students attend the Upper School Awards Ceremony from 2:15-3:15 p.m.
- After the Upper School Awards Ceremony ends at 3:15 p.m., 9th and 10th graders are dismissed for the 2025-2026 school year.
- Friday, June 5 (11th Graders Only): 11th-grade students have an important role in the Lower and Middle School Promotion Ceremony and must attend on Friday, June 5 from 9:15 a.m.-11:30 a.m. and then will be dismissed for summer break.
