Extended Day Programs
Sage Ridge recognizes the need for meaningful activities after school.
On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday classes adjourn at 3:15pm. By 3:30pm all students need to either be picked up by their guardians, engaged in their extra-curricular activities (grades 5 – 12), enrichment projects (grades 3 and up), or checked into our After School Study Hall (grades 3 – 8). On Wednesdays, school gets out at 2:05pm, so this timeline begins at 2:20pm (this early release offers our faculty the opportunity for professional development).
Sage Ridge offers enrichment programs for a variety of grades. Opportunities include Girls on the Run, Brownies and Mandarin. Dates and times vary throughout the school year.
Sage Ridge School offers After School Study Hall for students in Grades 3-8. Study Hall meets in Room 107 in Webster and begins at 3:30 p.m. Study Hall ends at 6 p.m. The cost is $18 a day. Please note that parents will be charged a fee for late pick-ups. Students in Grades 3-8 must be in a supervised after school activity by 3:30 p.m. each day. Students not in an activity after 3:30 will be directed to study hall at 3:30 p.m. If students attend study hall, parents will be billed $18.
Upper School students have two choices after school. They may report to their supervised after school activity by 3:30 p.m., or they may report to the Loft for study tables.
Students start on the path towards independence in an environment emphasizing organization and self-reflection.
Sage Ridge teachers see Middle School as a rich and rewarding time of growth.
Everything about our high school experience prepares students to excel in their college of choice.
