This unit is designed to increase their strength, cardiovascular fitness, agility, and speed. You will learn to use correct lifting techniques, spotting techniques, running form, and become an overall conditioned athlete. This course is intended to promote a healthy lifestyle in the form of strength, condition, and nutrition. Students will need to possess self-motivation and a good work ethic.
